Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
Late Arrivals
Promptness is very important to keep everyone on schedule. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us,
your appointment will be rescheduled
or adjusted accordingly so that the next client can be taken on time.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for you.
If you need to cancel an appointment,
we ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice.
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or does not show, they will be charged 50% of the services they have scheduled. This fee must be paid prior to making another appointment.
Multiple Missed Appointments
In the event that you miss 3 consecutive appointments without proper notice, you will be unable to schedule future appointments unless you provide us with a credit card in advance for the appointment or if you are a walk-in.
